Motivation Monday! :)
I received my new program from my new trainer Evan, who runs the Evan Godbee Muscle Academy, and today is Day Number One! I am very excited to be back into comp prep, albeit a type of pre-season if you like!
I will (hopefully) be posting some of the yummy foods I am allowed to eat along the way - no chicken/broccoli/rice for 6 meals a day here!!
And because I'm starting a new chapter today, I thought today's Monday Motivation was quite appropriate
